🌟 Terms of Service (TOS) for Commissions

🔸 Queue & Payment- Full payment is required upfront to reserve a slot
- Payments are accepted via VGen or Ko-fi only🔸 Work Process- Average turnaround time is 1–3 days per emote, depending on queue size and complexity
- WIP (work-in-progress) updates will be shared 1–2 times before final delivery
- Final files will be delivered as .gif and/or .webm, depending on the commission type🔸 Revisions- Commissions include up to 2 minor revisions (during WIP and final stages)
- Additional changes may incur extra charges depending on the scope of revision🔸 Usage Rights- All prices already include commercial use (for stream, VTuber assets, merchandise, etc.)
- My work may not be used for AI training, generation, or datasets under any circumstance
- Redistribution, resale, or major edits are not allowed without permission🔸 Credit- I will post a thank-you tweet tagging you to showcase the work
- If you prefer to post yourself or keep it private, just let me know!🔸 Refund Policy- No refunds once I’ve started the commission
- If you’re unable to provide the necessary materials in time, I may cancel and refund partially depending on the case
